My Top 5 Blogs Of All Time

I have been overwhelmed by the number of people that have accessed and continue to read my blog on a weekly basis. It seems everywhere I go, people comment on a recent blog or something I have shared to help them on their own quest towards better health. In fact, since I started it 2 years ago with a very small group of “test” readers, I have written over 80 health blogs and have had 30,000 views of my blog. I am very humbled by this as I initially did the blog to see if I can in some small way help people.

This reconfirms for me that people do care about their health and want to always improve what they can do to improve their own health. I will continue to share my own stories, health remedies and things I have learned along my own journey towards better health.

I have always had only one purpose with my blog – To help people on their own personal journey towards better health.

In this blog, I share the story of Barbs mom, Marge who became 100% blind in both eyes over a year ago. I share in this blog what I witnessed and how somehow she stayed positive even when facing this major life challenge. I can honestly say that 1 year later she is a true inspiration and continues to be positive and loving and grateful for all she has. A true lesson in inspiration and gratitude for all of us.
